The youngster has been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Barcelona and Chelsea in recent months.
Fofana won the U19 European Championship with France this summer.
“I am feeling great after winning the Euros, we played really well and deserved to win,” Fofana told Sky Sports.
“I have heard that there are teams interested in me, but nothing concrete has come out as yet.
“If I have to leave here (Le Havre), I want to make sure it is on good terms.”
