Dzeko’s people have reportedly been contacted by Liverpool scout Manuel Junco in Sarajevo
News of the World says the Reds will make a move if Fernando Torres leaves the club this summer.
Torres is being targeted by both Chelsea and Manchester City and Liverpool could be ready to sell for around £50million.
Dzeko has been a hit for Wolfsburg in recent season’s and new manager Steve McClaren will be desperate to keep him at the club.
McClaren would be prepared to sell Dzeko should he get Ryan Babel and Lucas Leiva plus cash for the striker.
