The 26-year-old has recently been linked with a shock return to the club he left to join Liverpool in 2009.
Aquilani is currently on loan at Juventus until the end of the season.
“Let us not joke around, as the situation is laughable,” Franco Zavaglia stated to TuttoJuve.com in an interview. “There is no possibility Alberto will return to Roma. It is a fantasy.
“There is only one truth: Juventus has the possibilty to sign him by 30 June 2011. Liverpool has set a €16m price and Juventus has not got much choice.
“It either signs him, or he will return to England. I do not intend to comment any further on the situation, as there is nothing concrete about the rumours.”
