Pacheco joined the Reds from Barcelona in the summer of 2007 and is highly-rated at Anfield.
Reports claim Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson could be ready to let Pacheco leave the club on loan.
“Certainly Real Socieded are interested in Pacheco,” Sociedad president Jokin Aperribay told El Mundo Deportivo.
“He is a player we have followed, but we do not know if we can realise this operation.”
