Emanuelson has signed a pre-contract with the Italian side and will join on a Bosman transfer in the summer.
The 24-year-old has agreed a three-year contract with AC Milan.
“Of course I would love to finish the season at Ajax and become champion, but this chance you couldn’t refuse,” he told De Telegraaf.
