Liverpool have had a £4million bid turned down by Blackpool.
Blackpool manager Ian Holloway said: “These clubs who have made an offer for Charlie had better start putting a ‘1’ in front of the complete rubbish they have been offering so far. If Darren Bent is worth £24m how much is Charlie worth?”
