Lo Monaco also blasted Mourinho last Monday and said the former Chelsea boss deserved a ‘smack in the mouth’ for comments he made after their clash.
“I would like to reaffirm the notion that my sentences did not intend to instigate physical violence,” Lo Monaco told Radio Rai.
“However, when I hear certain phrases of Mourinho such as the one when he said that only he came after God, I remain appalled.”
