Lupoli played together at Parma before moving to the Premiership. Lupli will join Fiorentina in the summer.
He said: “From next season I will wear the Fiorentina jersey and hope to find my space there. Arsenal had offered me a four-year contract renewal, but I preferred the Italian League.
“Rossi was with me at Parma. Now everyone talks about him, but I do not feel in any way inferior to Giuseppe.”
