Puel is under pressure after a miserable start to the season.
“The coach is enduring a difficult time,” he told L’Equipe.
“He is listening and is giving the image that he is under control. But, inevitably, he is asking himself some questions.
“The easiest solution would be to change things. But to change you have to find something better than what you already have, and I am not convinced we can do that.
“Stability is the only solution to improve the club.
“It is logical to set a deadline, but we won’t make decisions to appease the supporters or the newspapers.
“The treatment of this crisis will change if we can match our objectives. At the moment it would be pointless to rush things.”
