Veliche Shumulikoski looks set to join Preston North End and their bid for the midfielder was accepted by Ipswich.
“We have accepted an offer for Shumi and he has been talking to Preston over the last day or so,” Roy Keane told Ipswich’s official website.
“He is trying to finalise bits and pieces here and it looks as though he may be on his way.
“We will know more over the weekend but if he leaves us, he will go with our best wishes.”
