The Mirror reports that the City owners have told Mancini they will spend what is needed to get the club back in the race for the Premier League title.

City are ready to sell players such as Emmanuel Adebayor, Roque Santa Cruz, Wayne Bridge and Shaun Wright-Phillips in order to part-fund Mancini’s transfer kitty.
