Costel Pantilimon has been the No.1 at City in the last month, following a string of mistakes by Hart in October.
Pantilimon managed to keep his third clean sheet in five games for City against Tottenham on Sunday.
But Pellegrini confirmed after the clash with Spurs, that Hart would return to action aginst Victoria Plzen.
“Joe Hart will play on Wednesday,” he said.
