Reports from Serbia claim City have made a €7million bid for the 20-year-old defender.
Partizan are looking for at least €10million for the highly-rated Macedonian youngster, according to reports.
“Savic is still here with us, so he has signed nothing yet,” Partizan’s sporting director Mladen Krstajic told Blic.
“If the time comes for me to leave Partizan, it would be difficult – but that is our life in sport. But for now I have no transfer information,” said Savic.
AC Milan, Roma, Sporting Lisbon, Porto and Arsenal have also been linked with the Macedonian international.
