The Mirror reports that City are ready to pay United £50million for Rooney.
City are also ready to offer Rooney a four-deal worth a staggering £50million, that will see the striker become the highest-paid player in the Premier League on £250,000-a-week.
The Mirror claims Rooney would be interested to make the controversial move to United’s rivals City.
