The 27-year-old has spent the last four-and-a-half seasons in England, but has long admitted he would be keen on a return to South America.
“I want to help Corinthians in their sporting quest,” Joorabchian told TV Gazeta.
“I can guarantee that Carlos Tevez would be happy to return to Brazil and play for Corinthians.
“I would like a deal to be done swiftly, but in reality it would probably take a couple of years.”
Joorabchian has also admitted he is keen to bring other players to Corinthians.
He added: “I also want three more players to make the club the best in America.
“My desire would be to get Anderson [from Manchester United], Heurelho Gomes [from Tottenham] and Nilmar [from Villarreal].
“Money will not be a problem. Carlos loves Brazil and I think it is all very feasible.”
