The 27-year-old has been linked with the likes of Lazio, Manchester United and Birmingham.
“His future? It is in Italy or the Premier League,” Lopez’s agent Dario Bombini told Italian website ItaSportPress.
“In the coming days I will be in Catania for talks. We have to find a solution that satisfies my client and Catania.”
