De Rossi has recently been linked with January moves to the likes of Manchester United and Manchester City.
“The English Premier League would be a great experience, and it’s nice to hear that [Manchester United coach] Alex Ferguson and [Manchester City coach] Roberto Mancini would be interested and take me to Manchester,” De Rossi told FourFourTwo.
“However, I do not intend to leave Rome, and I want to stay here.”
