The Daily Express reports that United chief executive Ed Woodward has flown to Spain to finalise a deal for Pedro.
Woodward is expected to seal a £22million deal for the 28-year-old Spain international.
But Pedro is busy tonight as he starts for Barcelona tonight as Luis Enrique’s side take on Athletic Bilbao.
