Manchester United are reportedly close to completing the signing of Scottish goalkeeper Callan McKenna.
The 17-year-old has started nine games for Queen’s Park in the Scottish Championship this season and has also featured at under-19 level for Scotland.
The Daily Record reports that United are in ‘advanced talks’ with Queen’s Park for the talented goalkeeper.
The report claims that a six-figure transfer fee has been discussed. The fee could eclipse the £1million barrier if the goalkeeper becomes a success at Old Trafford.
McKenna has also been linked with the likes of Brighton, Southampton and Arsenal in recent weeks.
