Manchester United have reportedly joined Newcastle United in the race to sign Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee.
Italian outlet Il Resto del Carlino reports that both Premier League sides are ‘very interested’ in the talented youngster.
The 22-year-old Dutchman has impressed for Bologna this season and has also been linked with the likes of AC Milan, Juventus and Napoli.
Zirkzee’s former club Bayern Munich has a buyback clause in his contract and they have also included a 50 percent sell-on clause.
Zirkzee, who has had loan spells at Parma and Anderlecht, has a release clause of €40million in his contract with Bologna.
