Berbatov looked set to join Premier League side Aston Villa, but failed to agree personal terms with the club.
The 34-year-old reportedly was at Aston Villa’s Bodymoor Heath training ground yesterday, but Villa chiefs rejected the striker’s wage demands.
Berbatov will join PAOK on a free transfer following his release from Monaco earlier this summer.
