Moutinho has recently been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea.
The Mirror reports that Moutinho is keen on a move to United, if the club can agree on a fee with Porto.
Moutinho has a £40million buy-out clause in his contract, but Porto are prepared to sell for around £30million.
