CNN Sports reported Tancredi Palmeri claims Louis van Gaal’s have tabled a second bid for Biglia.

Reports claim United had a bid of around £17.1million rejected earlier this summer.
But it may look like Lazio could decide to reject the latest bid as well as Il Corriero dello Sport reports that the Argentine is set to be offered a new long-term contract with the club.
Lazio are reportedly ready to hand Biglia a deal worth around £1.8million a year that will keep him at the club until 2020.
