Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are reportedly among the clubs keeping tabs on the Rosenborg midfielder.
The player’s agent, Lars Petter Fosdahl told Italian website Tutto Mercato: “We have spoken with many teams from the Premier League and although we have not managed to come to an agreement over the last few months, we remain confident.
“The boy wants to play in England, we are confident of being able to satisfy his demands.”
