Manchester United are reportedly looking to make Swedish striker Viktor Gyokeres their main target in the summer transfer window.
United are looking to bring in a new striker and will “prioritize” the signing of Gyokeres, according to journalist Ekrem Konur.
Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle United have also been linked with the highly-rated Sporting Lisbon star.
Reports have suggested that Gyokeres has a release clause of around €100 million in his contract with the Portuguese outfit.
The 25-year-old joined Sporting Lisbon from Coventry last summer and made an instant impact in Portugal.
Gyokeres stated ahead of the January transfer window that he had no plans of leaving Sporting, despite then being linked with the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.
