Saha told Onze Mondial: “He’s an institution. He has made the club into a winning machine. He preaches attacking football. Before every match, his team-talk is simple: ‘Enjoy the game!’
He added: “Personally, he has done a lot for me, and has always protected me.
“One day, after an injury, I went into his office in downbeat mood, afraid he was going to send me down to the reserves.
“He looked me in the eyes and said ‘No question! Don’t worry, you will come back. I’m counting on you.”
