There have been suggestions from some that the position is easy because of the talent of players available at the manager’s disposal at the Camp Nou.
Pique told The Telegraph: “You have to know what you’re doing. There is a lot of tactics, and concepts, and preparation, and study that goes into every line-up, and every game.
“There is lots of talent of course, but without the football idea and the rigour, the constant application of the style, then we go nowhere. Barcelona has had often very talented players that have won nothing.”
