Manchester City have struggled so far in Europe, drawing at home to Napoli and losing meekly to Bayern Munich.
“When you play against Bayern in Munich you know you are playing a strong team. They were much better than us and they deserved to win. Villarreal are a good team with more Champions League experience than us, so I don’t think we are in for an easy game, but if we win we still have a chance of winning the group.”
