Marino will replace Francesco Guidolin, who replaced him at Udinese.
Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi told Sky Italia: “We made the agreement today. It isn’t a coach exchange, Guidolin had another year’s deal with us, but he chose to leave.
“Marino has been close to our bench also three years ago, but he had just signed with Udinese.
“We consider him a very experienced coach.”
