The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to Premier League side Newcastle.
Dassier said: “The Newcastle offer does not exist. Hatem Ben Arfa is staying at Marseille.
“There is no serious and solid offer from Newcastle at the moment. Hatem is part of the workforce and will remain so.”
