The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to Aston Villa, but he admits that he would prefer a move to Spain.
He told Sky Sports: “I am leaving Toulouse. I have made my mind up.
“I had a great time here, but I wanted a new challenge and the Valencia challenge excited me.
“I want to move to the Spanish League. However, nothing is done yet. There are some minor details to sort out and I will be on my way.”
