But the 20-year-old admits Chelsea have yet not reached a deal with his current club MFK Kosice.
He told Dennik Sport: “I can confirm that Chelsea have offered me a four-year contract, which I have accepted.
“Now the clubs must come to an agreement.”
Tottenham and Sunderland have also been linked with the Serbian youngster.
