This is the last year of my contract so it’s a big season for me,” he told the Lancashire Evening Post.
“I would love to stay at Preston and we’ll see what happens. We’ve not got to the stage yet where we’ve discussed another one (contract), but this is a busy time of year with lots of other stuff going on.
“Once things settle down we’ll see what happens, although I’m not in any rush.”
