Roma were also surprise losers on Sunday as they went down 2-1 to Sampdoria, and Fiorentina won 3-2 against Brescia. Elsewhere, Parma lost 2-1 to Cagliari, Genoa and Cesena drew 0-0 and Bologna won 2-0 at bottom of the table Bari.
