The Monaco star has recently been linked with a host of clubs in England and Ligue 1 giants Marseille.
“I am hearing so many reports and claims about me through the papers, but I am still a Monaco player,” said Mongongu.
“I have a contract until 2013. I am only 22 years old and I have a long future ahead of me.
“Blackburn would be a good opportunity, but staying with a very good club in France can also be fantastic.
“Let’s wait and see what happens before the 31st August, when the speculation will stop.”
Monaco are reportedly looking for around €2.5million for the defender.
