The People says Moyes has so far only had an informal chat with Everton chairman Bill Kenwright.
He said: “I had a quick talk with Bill. I thinkwhen the right moment comes along we’ll look to see what’s going on.
“But we’ve had no rest and no down period because it’s been one game after another and there’s been no time to sort it all out.
“We haven’t won anything and not really achieved anything but the club has got better over the years.”
