Muntari, who joined Inter from Portsmouth in 2008, is desperate to play regular first-team football.
The former Pompey ace was linked with a move to Tottenham during the summer.
“My client has had a difficult time over the past two weeks, football wise I mean as he hasn’t played,” Fabien Piveteau told Goal Italia.
“At the start of the month, he was not transferable, but I can’t say that now.
“In a few months we will see.
“He has to play regularly because he is important to his national team and wants to be in the 2010 World Cup.”
