Lavezzi has been linked with the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea after having impressed for Napoli this season.
Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas reportedly has Lavezzi on the top of his list over transfer targets for the summer.
“The message is clear,” De Laurenttis told Il Mattino. “He is not for seal. There will be no negotiations with any club.”
