Pandev sustained the injury in the 3-0 win over Inter Milan and it was initially feared that he could be out for a couple of months.
A statement from fourth-placed Napoli read: “Pandev underwent tests that revealed a hamstring strain in his left leg. He is expected to return to training in two weeks’ time.”
The 28-year-old joined Napoli from Inter Milan over the summer.
