The Spain international has been linked with a move to Newcastle United in the press on Thursday.
Juanito said in the Daily Star: “It has to be the contract of my life because I’m in great form. I want to be paid what I deserve.
“My first option will always be Betis. I want to retire here after the three or four years I have left in football.
“If it doesn’t happen I will find another place.”
