Siasia claims the 23-year-old’s attacking instincts has been destroyed during his spell at Stamford Bridge.
Siasia said: “He has to start playing more offensively to become the Mikel we knew. But if it’s difficult to change the way he is playing, he has to move to another club.
“The system at Chelsea destroyed Mikel’s game. He is an offensive player, but when he moved to Chelsea they changed him.”
