The 17-year-old has been strongly linked with a move to a bigger club in recent months.
Ipswich Town chief executive Simon Clegg told the club’s official website: “The strategy we have here is that if we get an offer in excess of the value we put on a player then it would be stupid of us not to consider such offers.
“If you look at the Jon Walters situation people will recognise that to be a very good deal, with the club receiving up to £3.4million for him from Stoke.
“So we will look at each offer.
“But there are no offers on the table for Connor at this moment in time.”
