The Hammers are currently bottom of the Premier League table after just one win so far this season.
Noble has been involved in battles to avoid relegation in three of the past four seasons.
“It helps to have the experience,” Noble told the club’s official website.
“We hate being in this position. We don’t like it and going into work is not enjoyable. It is always in the back of your mind, you enjoy football, but as professionals and as players and staff we have to pull together and change the outcome.
“We just need to come together as a group and keep working hard. I have got confidence that we will get out of it.
“I still believe in us. This is the team I play for and I still believe in us.”
He added: “It hurts. If you have got enough pride in what you do, in your job – it will hurt. It hurts you deeply when you don’t get three points. It ruins your weekend. That is what happens.
“I haven’t had too many good weeks this year because we ain’t won that much. The only way is up.
“I have got belief in myself and the team. We know if we play to our capabilities and get a bit of luck we will push up the table.”
