Bolton have had a poor start to the season.
“The lads were a bit gutted over it [the abuse] but the fans have paid to go to London so they’ve got a right to sing and say whatever they want,” said Nolan.
“But as a player and as captain, I can say that all of the players are right behind the manager.
“It was always going to be a tough game coming to Spurs but we’ve struggled a bit and the fans’ reaction should be thrown at us as players, too. We’re all behind the gaffer.”
