The 20-year-old will join Fulham for an undisclosed fee.
“It is more than the £40,000 we got previously, but not that much more and certainly not a six-figure sum,” said Hampton & Richmond Borough manager Alan Devonshire.
“As soon as he settles in to training every day they are going to start seeing some special things from the lad.
“He has made such progress in the four months he has been here, so I wouldn’t say a Premier League appearance this season is beyond him.
“When I moved to West Ham I was told I’d be in the reserves for a year, but injuries meant I made my debut after three weeks.
“We are disappointed to lose him because he was winning games on his own, he has been that good.”
