The 29-year-old joined the Baggies from Russian giants Lokomotic Moscow back in August.
“I’m living my dream,” Odemwingie said in the Birmingham Mail.
“I’ve been looking forward to Premier League action for many years.
“West Brom were recommended to me by other people and I’m happy I made that move.
“I was told I could come here and play football. There has been no politics, no issues to worry about. I’m enjoying it.”
“I feel I can bring better results playing up top because I can score goals when I’m closer to the goal,” he added.
“I’m happier up front and that’s where I like to play but I’m ready to play where the manager wants.
“Sometimes I need to adapt my role in the team and I’m happy to do that.”
