United are ready to offer Park a four-year contract worth £65,000-a-week.
The 28-year-old is earning £45,000-a-week from his current contract that expires in 10 months.
Park is keen on staying at Old Trafford.
A spokesman for Park’s representatives told the Telegraph: “It is hard to reveal specific content about the deal, but when we sign with United, we will make an announcement.”
