The 32-year-old former West Ham defender said: “I’m delighted I’ve been given the opportunity. I’m looking forward to working hard and continuing to enjoy my football.”
Fulham manager Chris Coleman added: “I’m really pleased we’ve secured Ian Pearce for a further season.
“He’s been top class for us so far this year with some outstanding, performances at the back.”
