Perotta has been linked with West Ham, Tottenham and Manchester City in recent weeks, but Bozzo insists the midfielder is keen on a contract extension with Roma.
“Simone is waiting on a contract extension with Roma,” he told Romanews.eu.
“I have always said that he wishes to end his career with the Giallorossi. Even if no offer from the club arrived, Simone would honour his contract.
“There have been contacts with the directors and we are awaiting a proposal. I repeat that his priority is to stay in Rome.”
