“Lotito doesn’t have the best memory as my contract had a clause that I could decide whether or not to continue every year,” Peruzzi told Radio Incontro.
“I’m saddened that Lotito said I caused economic damage and I’m sure Juan Pablo Carrizo and Fernando Muslera would be happy to hear it given that they were investments.
“What Lotito said was just as if Paolo Maldini decided to retire and Silvio Berlusconi told him he had caused financial damage.”
